*It is worth noting that the apparent drop in prices in the winter of 2006 and 2007 was not due to a change in the value of Nanaimo real estate, but due to the fact that for this short time mobile homes were included in the "Single Family" category that the graph on the first page represents. In recent months there has been a change as to the format in which the stats have been made available.
