My goal is not just to sell you a home and a lifestyle that fulfills your dreams. My goal is to do all that in a way that is as low effort and low stress as possible while getting you the best deal possible.
There is a certain overall process I have found beneficial for most Buyers but everyone’s situation is a little different so I blend an overall house finding plan with customized service that makes things work for them. This starts with talking with my client and hearing their needs, creating a plan for narrowing down a list of houses, viewing them and then eventually negotiating successful offers.
There is a lot more to buying real estate in Nanaimo than just looking at homes online, viewing them in person, negotiating a price and then waiting to move in. Even if your home buying process is so smooth that you easily move from step A to step B and so on without the slightest complication there are a plethora of other things going on that are all there to keep you informed and safe throughout the process and I have a variety of ways of keeping my clients informed as we move.
There is an awful lot of info to consider and although a lot of it is typical, a lot of it is also unique to your personal situation and the property you are dealing with. I have taken the time to lay out as much info that buyers commonly need to know on my Nanaimo real estate blog but I am the first to admit even though I have tried to lay it out clearly and simply… it’s a lot of info and it doesn’t even being to try to tackle the nitty gritty details. Understanding which info applies to you and how to interpret it is paramount. In order to effectively guide Buyers I tell them about the pros and cons, benefits and risks of the various decisions they have to make as their story progresses. Ultimately, as my client, you are in the driver’s seat choosing your own destiny and I am your very experienced co-pilot.
Some people prefer to just jump in. Some like to talk it out extensively first. Some prefer to read about things extensively first. For the people in the latter category, you will enjoy my Nanaimo real estate blog at www.movetonanaimo.com and I would recommend starting with my post about The Basics of Buying Real Estate in B.C.
For everyone else, your plan starts with contacting me, and making sure you have spoken to a Mortgage Broker and getting pre-approved for a mortgage. We will discuss your specific situation and make sure you are finding the best options that are out there for you.
